For current 2025-26 Main Street Duncan supporter there is no charge to participate in the Fall Fest.
For all others, please note fees are $25 for Retail Vendors, $50 for Food/Beverage Vendors, and $0 for Non-Profit.
All vendors will be invoiced via Square 2 weeks prior to the event.

*FOOD VENDORS: You must have the required City of Duncan Permits in order to participate. Main Street Duncan will notify the City of Duncan regarding food vendors participating. Please contact the City of Duncan directly to obtain all permits.

*Electricity will not be provided.

Hold Harmless: The exhibitor/vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Main Street Duncan, Inc., its employees, directors, representative, officers, agents, members, and assigns against all claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, expenses, and losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of space at the event or participation in the event by exhibitor/vendor. The exhibitor/vendor understands that Main Street Duncan, Inc. does not maintain insurance covering the exhibitors/vendors property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor to obtain such insurance. Exhibitor/vendor waives any and all claims against Main Street Duncan, Inc., its employees, directors, representative, officers, agents, members, and assigns for any injury to persons or property suffered by exhibitor/vendor.
