If you are not an official Main Street Duncan supporter, a participation fee will be charged for the Car Show event. Prices are $25 for Retail Vendors, $50 for Food/Beverage Vendors, and $0 for Non-Profit.

*If serving food, you must have the required City of Duncan Permits in order to participate. We do notify the City of
Duncan regarding food vendors participating. Please contact the City of Duncan directly to obtain all permits.

*Electricity is limited and will be provided on a first come first serve basis. There will be an additional charge of $25 added to the vendor fee for electricity

Hold Harmless: The exhibitor/vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to identify, defend and hold harmless main street Duncan and it’s members against all claims or expenses for such losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of space at the festival. The exhibitor/vendor understands that Main Street Duncan does not maintain insurance covering the exhibitors/vendors property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor to
obtain such insurance.
